Photo Guidelines

1. AVOID BLURRED OR GRITTY PHOTOS

The quality of the picture is important. Make sure to only upload sharp photos where the subject is in focus and all the contours are clearly visible. A modern smartphone does the job!

2. GOOD LIGHTING MAKES FOR BETTER RESULTS

It's important! The light source should preferably shine straight onto the dog. If the picture is very dark, it is difficult for us to know exactly where to engrave and it will make the final product less detailed, especially on dark dogs.

3. MULTIPLE PETS

multiple pets

We recommend to do 1 animal or person per pendant. If you really want both of your pets on the same pendant, make sure that all the animals are positioned next to eachother with little to no space in between them. Also keep in mind that using multiple pets won't increase the diameter size of the finished pendant.

4. POSITIONING IS IMPORTANT

What is not included in the picture can of course not be included on the pendant. If the whole body is visible, we try to make a whole body silhouette, otherwise we make a head silhouette.

SUMMARY

A high-resolution photo shot in great lighting conditions will turn out the best.

Additional Information:

If your pet has dark fur we highly recommend to go with Sterling Silver to ensure that your pendant turns out beautiful.

We use the exact photo you upload with your order when we manufacture your bronaxshop piece. Make sure that the angle works well and that you are overall happy with the photo you upload.

If we receive a photo that doesn't follow our guidelines, we cannot guarantee that the final piece will come out as you want it to. We can't offer replacements in these cases, so take your time to take a good photo.

Note that all examples on site were made from high quality photos. It's your responsibility to make sure the photo you provide meets our guidelines. If it doesn't, we will try our best to produce a high level finish but generally your result will not match that shown on our website.

While we do try to review all photos we receive, sometimes our order volume demands that we increase product production levels and therefore this stage is often skipped. That's why it's so important that you provide a photo that is of a high quality.
